Master's Certificate in Project Management
Post Graduate Study Program completed by combining a series of week-long training sessions with web-based training curriculum. The program covers all aspects of the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) with areas of focus including Risk Management, Contract Administration, Team Management, and Applications.
Motorola
M-Gates
The 'M-Gate' process is a methodology intended to add structure and discipline to both product and software development. Designed as a series of 16 'gates' the program applies project managment principles to the entire product life cycle. Milestones from concept to closeout are defined and include five 'Go/No Go' reviews at which time the business case must be shown to still be viable or the plug is pulled.
Global Organizational Leadership Development
The "GOLD" program is an executive development program available by invitation only. The program features world recognized experts as trainers and takes place over three sessions in three different parts of the world. A one week concentrated (12 hours/day) training course focusing on quality, process improvement and managing for excellence. Included is a five night business simulation where the class represents the entire market and individual teams compete against one another for market share and profitability.
