Global Organizational Leadership Development 

The "GOLD" program is an executive development program available by invitation only. The program features world recognized experts as trainers and takes place over three sessions in three different parts of the world. Focused Motorola Manufacturing Institute 

A one week concentrated training course focusing on quality, process improvement and managing for excellence. Included is a five night business simulation where the class represents the entire market and individual teams compete against one another for market share and profitability.

Order Fulfillment Forum - Steering Committee Member 

The OFF is a global group of Logistics leaders with representation from all regions of the world. The group meets regularly by conference call and two to three times a year in person to share best practices, set global performance criteria and establish priorities for Motorola's Paging business. 

Physical Distribution "Action Team" 

A subset of the OFF, this team addresses delivery issues for Motorola Paging.
