Day Two - Intermediate Climbing

On the second day more of the same but with more challenging pitches. And, since you don't spend so much time on fundamentals of knot and techniques, you get in a lot more climbing (and rapelling!).

These are a couple of the climbs... The one on the right is called the Open Book (if I'm not mistaken). At least on these kinds of climbs, there are a good number of solid hand- and foot-holds so they didn't make me a nervous as some of the pitches that maybe weren't as steep but you have to trust in the friction (and not a good hand-hold) to keep from slipping.

The photo on the left is of the spot where we stopped for lunch both days... A nice shady place next to a stream (that eventually cascades down over Hidden falls). The water is freezing, but feels pretty good after being out in the sun for a few hours...
